I can’t wait to try the bath powder next, have been looking for a very fine bath powder with cocoa butter bits since my one from the US ran out ages ago, missed yours when I was browsing…next on my list!

Packaging - Plastic or Paper?
My parcels may not seem as pretty as some, nor do they contain anything that I consider to be unnecessary (freebies are never really free ;) ) as I like to keep my costs, therefore my prices, as low as I can. This also means less waste. Parcels will be sent out in paper envelopes to reduce my plastic usage. If you would prefer that your order is sent out in a plastic mail bag just let me know when you check-out. Re-purposed cardboard boxes are used for larger items. Starch packing peanuts are used. Very, very occasionally plastic padding may be used.
Delivery Times - UK only
I state 1-3 days for dispatch. During peak season (the run up to Christmas) this may change to 3-5 days, but I do ship ASAP. I use Royal Mail for deliveries. If any combined order weighs more than 2kg, I would use a courier service. I always get proof of posting. All linens are sent out 1st class. Soaps, scrubs, salts, fizzes, melts, etc are sent out 2nd class (due to the weight and package size). The initial postage cost for the soaps seems high...the good news though, if you purchase more than 1 bar (up to 16 in fact) the postage cost is still the same. Postage upgrades are available - 1st class for the soaps, etc or there's the extra reassurance of a Signed For service. Lost mail claims cannot begin until 10 working days have passed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Nothing is ever free ☺️. If I ‘hide’ the shipping costs in the item price, then people actually pay more when they purchase more than one item. My shipping costs are fair with additional items charged at a discount.
